CasAzar Tequila

CasAzar joins two words: "Casa" (home) and "Azar" (luck). Founded by Max Ramirez and Viviana Sierraalta-Ramirez, the brand makes tequila in Jalisco, Mexico from 100% blue Weber agave and only natural ingredients. Each expression comes in a hand-finished porcelain bottle stacked like casino chips with gold accents, which makes any of them a showpiece on the bar and a memorable gift.

The CasAzar lineup

Joven: crisp and floral. A blend of Blanco and aged tequila with chamomile, a touch of honey and toasted agave, finishing clean and crisp. Sip it neat or make the signature Azarita with lime, agave and Champagne.

Reposado: warm and citrusy. Rested 7 lucky months in French oak, with natural agave sweetness, warm spice and a bright citrus finish. Gold at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Añejo: sweet and spicy. Aged 21 months in French oak, like the perfect hand in a card game, with cacao, clove and a dry finish. A Spirits Business 2025 Masters Medal winner, best neat over an ice ball.
