The CasAzar Tequila Joven and Reposado 2-Pack brings together two award-winning expressions from CasAzar, whose name joins "Casa" (home) and "Azar" (luck). Both are crafted in Jalisco, Mexico from 100% blue Weber agave and only natural ingredients, and both arrive in CasAzar's porcelain bottles stacked like casino chips with gold accents: white for the Joven, green for the Reposado. Side by side, they make a striking gift and an easy way to taste how time in French oak changes the same agave.
CasAzar Tequila Joven, crisp and floral: a masterful blend of Blanco and aged tequila. Naturally fresh, with delicate floral notes of chamomile, a subtle honeyed sweetness and the rich, earthy taste of toasted agave, building to a clean, crisp finish. Sip it neat or make the signature Azarita: 2 oz Joven, ¾ oz agave syrup and 1 oz lime juice shaken, then strained over ice and 1 oz Champagne in a margarita glass, garnished with a gold lime wheel.
CasAzar Tequila Reposado, warm and citrusy: aged 7 lucky months in French oak casks. It reveals the natural sweetness of agave, with warm spice undertones and a bright, citrus finish. Sip it neat or stir up a CasAzar New Fashion: 2 oz Reposado, ¼ oz agave syrup, 2 dashes aromatic bitters and 1 dash orange bitters, stirred and strained over a large ice cube with an orange peel.
Pairings: Joven with coconut, cashews, dried fruit and white chocolate; Reposado with macadamia nuts, aged Gouda and milk chocolate.
