Store Manager Full-TimeLos Angeles, CA +

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead the floor team, and grow the business. You will own the store's performance, from customer experience to inventory and vendor relationships.

What you'll do

  • Oversee daily store operations and open and close procedures
  • Hire, train, schedule, and lead the store team
  • Drive revenue and hit sales goals
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock accuracy
  • Build and maintain vendor and distributor relationships
  • Ensure age verification and full compliance with California ABC law
  • Keep the store clean, merchandised, and running smoothly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in liquor, wine, or spirits retail
  • Minimum 1 year in a management or supervisory role
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Strong leadership, organization, and people skills
  • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice to have

  • Experience with additive-free or better-for-you beverage categories
  • Familiarity with Shopify POS and e-commerce order fulfillment

Store Associate Full-Time / Part-TimeLos Angeles, CA +

We are looking for a reliable, customer-first Store Associate to run day-to-day operations on the sales floor, take care of customers, keep shelves full, and fulfill online orders. A hands-on role for someone who enjoys people and cares about the products they sell.

What you'll do

  • Deliver warm, knowledgeable customer service and help shoppers find the right bottle
  • Verify age and ID on every sale and follow California ABC law
  • Open and close the store, including opening and closing the register and reconciling cash
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments and process returns and exchanges
  • Pick, pack, and stage online orders for pickup, delivery, and shipping
  • Stock shelves and coolers, build displays, and rotate inventory
  • Receive deliveries and help with inventory counts
  • Clean and maintain the store throughout the day
  • Answer phones and customer questions about products and orders

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Comfortable with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Dependable and able to work open and close shifts independently
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Available weekends and holidays as needed

Nice to have

  • 1 year of liquor, wine, or beverage retail experience
  • Familiarity with spirits, wine, or the better-for-you space
  • Experience fulfilling online orders
