CasAzar, a name that joins "Casa" (home) and "Azar" (luck), comes from Jalisco, Mexico, and arrives in a striking porcelain bottle stacked like casino chips and hand-finished with gold accents. It is designed to be sipped neat for a pure, unfiltered experience, or enjoyed in the brand's signature Azarita cocktail, with a smooth, fresh flavor, a hint of attitude and undeniable quality.
Tasting notes: Naturally fresh, with delicate floral notes of chamomile, a subtle honeyed sweetness and the rich, earthy taste of toasted agave, building to a clean, crisp finish.
Azarita recipe: Combine 2 oz CasAzar Tequila Joven, ¾ oz agave syrup (agave nectar cut with water, 2:1) and 1 oz lime juice in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake well. Fill a margarita glass with ice and pour 1 oz Champagne or sparkling wine over it, then strain the shaken mixture over the top. Garnish with a gold lime wheel.
Pairings: Coconut, cashews, dried bananas, dried apples and white chocolate.
