Sipsmith Sloe Gin - 750ml

Founded in 2009 as London's first copper pot distillery in almost two centuries, Sipsmith is the home of handcrafted London gin. Their Sloe Gin is made by steeping hand-picked British sloe berries — harvested from the hedgerows of the English countryside after the first frost — in their celebrated London Dry Gin, then left to macerate for months until naturally sweet and gloriously fruity.

The result is a deep ruby-red spirit that opens with heady aromas of ripe sloe plum, wild berry, and a gentle almond nuttiness. On the palate, it delivers a wave of tart, jammy fruit — ripe sloe, damson, and cherry — beautifully balanced by the backbone of Sipsmith's juniper-forward gin. The finish is long, warming, and just sweet enough to satisfy without cloying.

Traditionally served over ice with ginger ale or champagne to make a classic Sloe Gin Fizz. Also wonderful drizzled over vanilla ice cream or used in warm winter cocktails.
