Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0 is a non-alcoholic beer made by de-alcoholising the base beer of Nastro Azzurro.

The beer uses all the ingredients of the original, including the famous “Nostrano dell’Isola” maize. The method of alcohol removal used by the brewer is unclear, but it’s likely to be cool vacuum distillation.

Peroni 0.0 is a much better drink than its predecessor, Peroni Libera, and is more bitter than standard strength Peroni, with a nice hoppy aftertaste.
