Daura is the gluten-removed lager from Damm, the Barcelona brewery behind Estrella Damm. This non-alcoholic version keeps the clean, crisp character of a Mediterranean lager for anyone skipping alcohol or avoiding gluten.
It pours bright golden with a fine white head. The aroma is light and malty with a touch of citrus and grain. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with gentle malt sweetness, soft bitterness and a clean, dry finish.
Serve it very cold with tapas, grilled fish, salads and spicy food. Made with the gluten removed, but it is not certified gluten-free.
