Especial Tequila is made with 100% agave Azul from Los Altos, Jalisco. The land is covered in red clay and rich iron, and when combined with natural well water it brings a distinct earthiness to our tequila. The region’s high altitude yields cool nights that allow pure agave notes to remain vibrant, while warm days help mature the agave to its fullest potential. This balance of climate and terroir infuses our spirit with a layered, seasonal character that carries both the memory of the land and the precision of our craft.
