To craft our Blanco, agave piñas are harvested by Jimadores, slowly baked for four days to coax out their natural sugars, and then crushed to extract the Mosto. The freshly pressed juice is fermented using an 80-year-old yeast culture, adding depth and a touch of history to every batch. After fermentation, the spirit is double-distilled in Tequilano Pot Stills, a step that concentrates the character while preserving the delicate aromatics. Following distillation, the liquid rests for six months in stainless steel, allowing subtle maturation and the integration of flavors without overwhelming the pristine agave notes. The result is a blanco that remains true to its agave heart—crisp, fragrant, and remarkably smooth—yet with enough nuance to keep each sip engaging.
