Clase Azul Blanco Ahumado is produced in the Jalisco Highlands, where blue Weber agave grown in mineral-rich clay soils at elevations above 2,000 meters develops the concentrated sugars and structural complexity that define the region's character. The distinction of this expression begins at the roasting stage, where the harvested piñas are slow-cooked over mesquite wood rather than in conventional brick ovens, introducing a controlled smoke influence that is woven into the agave's natural profile from the earliest stage of production.

Following roasting, the crushed agave is fermented and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Because this is an unaged blanco, the spirit is bottled without time in wood, preserving the full integrity of the mesquite smoke character alongside the raw agave compounds developed during fermentation and distillation. The absence of barrel maturation makes transparency a defining quality — there is no oak to mediate between the terroir and the glass.

On the palate, cooked agave and clean vegetal notes arrive first, followed by a measured layer of dry, savory smoke that deepens without obscuring the spirit's underlying sweetness. The texture is lean and precise, with a finish that lingers on mineral ash and faint citrus peel. The smoke recedes gradually, leaving the agave character to close the expression on its own terms.
