Volcán de Mi Tierra Reposado is shaped by the dual landscapes that define its origin, drawing agave from both the volcanic lowlands and the elevated highlands of Jalisco. Each growing zone contributes distinct structural elements, with lowland agave lending depth and earthiness, and highland agave providing lift, aromatic clarity, and natural sweetness.
Following careful fermentation and distillation, the tequila is rested in oak to introduce measured influence rather than dominance. The aging process is designed to integrate wood gradually, allowing oxygen exchange to soften texture while preserving the agave’s core identity. Oak is treated as a framing element, contributing balance and continuity without obscuring origin.
On the palate, cooked agave forms the foundation, supported by gentle notes of vanilla, warm spice, and toasted wood. The structure is composed and cohesive, with a supple mouthfeel and a finish that unfolds slowly, maintaining clarity and restraint.
