Distilled from mature blue agave grown in the volcanic, mineral-rich soils of La Mesa del Charco, this plata is crystal clear and full of energy. The nose bursts with fresh roasted agave, green herbs, citrus peel, and a floral lift. On the palate, it is bright and precise — lively agave sweetness, white pepper, tropical fruit, and a clean mineral finish that lingers. A spirit that rewards attention and reflects its terroir beautifully.
