Fermented from 40-year-old vines rooted in mica-schist soils, this bone-dry white wine offers striking acidity, subtle saline notes, and ocean-inspired minerality—an ideal companion for shellfish and seafood. Visually, it pours pale yellow with green and golden hues. The nose reveals mineral and iodized aromas, lime zest, and fresh pear.
