Jumbo Time Wines is a Los Angeles + Sonoma based natural winery, started in 2020, working with organically farmed (dry farmed & biodynamic when possible) fruit, and practicing minimal intervention in the cellar.

They work to the ethos that natural wine is about farming, not necessarily a certain taste profile, meaning they make the fun orange + chilled Reds wines along with the elegant Pinot Noirs & big bold Syrah's that share the same farming & wine making ethos.  There’s fruit, there’s acidity, but it’s light on its feet with the perfect touch of floral aromatics—it goes down easy! Mourvèrdre and Cinsaut were co-fermented and pressed together, then aged in stainless steel tanks, then blended with a touch of Carbonic Cinsaut, bringing both fresh fruit and color, along with Muscat Canelli which provides a stunning aroma, and Pinot Noir Rose to round things out. A lightly aromatic, crisp, bone dry rosé that could easily become a weekly staple in your fridge.
