Booker's is the bourbon that started the small-batch movement, created by sixth-generation master distiller Booker Noe and bottled straight from the barrel at its natural proof, uncut and unfiltered. Each limited batch carries its own name, and the Milkshake Batch is a new release from the Jim Beam family of small-batch bourbons.
Expect the big, bold character Booker's is known for. The nose is rich with vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. The palate is thick and creamy, with notes of brown sugar, roasted nuts, ripe fruit and warm spice, finishing long and intense with lingering oak and sweet vanilla. Because it is bottled at barrel proof, the batch strength varies slightly by release.
Sip it neat or with a splash of water or a single large cube to open up the flavors.
