Belle Glos Las Alturas Pinot Noir is sourced from the Las Alturas Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands of Monterey County — one of California's most celebrated appellations for cool-climate Pinot Noir. Sitting at elevations above 1,200 feet, the vineyard is bathed in afternoon fog and cool Pacific breezes, slowing ripening and allowing the grapes to develop remarkable depth, complexity, and that signature Belle Glos intensity.
Rich aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, and cranberry open on the nose, with warm notes of baking spice and toasted vanilla from its time in French oak. On the palate, the wine is lush and full-bodied, with layers of dark berry fruit, dried rose petal, and a hint of earthy forest floor. The finish is long, smooth, and satisfying — equally at home alongside grilled salmon, roasted duck, or a perfectly seared pork tenderloin.
