SponsoredTorrente Tequila

Torrente Blanco Tequila and its high-proof counterpart — additive-free, unaged agave spirit.

Torrente is a premium tequila born from the land. It begins in living soils, where care, patience, and regeneration shape the agave long before it reaches the distillery. Made with 100% certified regenerative Blue Weber agave from Villa Corona, Jalisco, Torrente nurtures soil health, restores biodiversity, and honors the natural rhythm of each plant. Allowed to mature for seven years or more, the agave develops depth, balance, and character—resulting in a tequila that ferments naturally, expresses itself cleanly, and needs no chemical corrections. ]Production is intentionally limited and non-industrial. Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, at NOM 1588, Torrente is bottled at its natural proof, never forced, allowing the land and the agave to speak with clarity. At its heart, Torrente is a community united by the land—farmers, artisans, and people who believe regeneration is a shared commitment. Because tequila is not made in the distillery, it’s made in the land

What does "high proof" mean for tequila?

It means bottled at a higher alcohol percentage than the standard ~40% ABV, typically for a more intense flavor concentration — often preferred by bartenders and enthusiasts for cocktails.

Is Torrente additive-free?

Yes — no coloring, glycerin, or flavoring agents are added after distillation.

Is Torrente a new brand?

It's a newer arrival to Sipsy's tequila lineup, currently offered in a small, focused range rather than a full core line.
