Suntory -196 8-Pack Variety presents a curated selection of four distinct fruit expressions—Lemon, Strawberry, Grapefruit, and Peach—each produced using Suntory’s proprietary Freeze Crush Infusion process. Whole fruits are individually flash-frozen at -196°C with liquid nitrogen, then crushed to preserve aromatic oils, acidity, and varietal character at peak freshness.
Each expression is built on a consistent shochu-based spirit chosen for neutrality and structural clarity. Lemon emphasizes brightness and citrus oil, Grapefruit highlights bitterness and tension, Strawberry offers softness and gentle sweetness, and Peach contributes roundness and subtle fruit depth. Carbonation and alcohol levels are harmonized across the lineup to maintain balance and cohesion.
