Aging occurs in selected oak barrels for eleven years, where smoke integration and subtle sweetness develop without overpowering the coastal essence. The shorter maturation relative to older expressions allows the spirit to remain vibrant, emphasizing clarity, texture, and energy rather than extended oak influence.
On the palate, smoke arrives clean and rounded, complemented by gentle vanilla, sea-salt minerals, and subtle citrus peel.
