Jung & Wulff Trinidad No. 1 is a rum from Trinidad, the Caribbean island long respected for its refined, smooth rum-making tradition. Bottled as the first expression in the Jung & Wulff line, it is made to be as enjoyable sipped neat as it is in a cocktail.
The aroma opens with dark molasses, toasted brown sugar and ripe tropical fruit, with a thread of vanilla and oak. On the palate it is round and smooth, with notes of caramel, banana, dried orange peel and gentle baking spice, finishing warm with a soft, lingering sweetness.
Enjoy it neat or over a large cube, or use it in a daiquiri, rum old fashioned or classic Caribbean punch.
