Gran Passione Rosso is a full-bodied, deep red wine with a fine balance between soft tannins and rich red and black fruits.
It is a blend of Merlot (60%) and Corvina grown in select vineyards in Italy's Veneto region. The wine has an intense red-purple color, tending towards amber with ageing.
It is produced through an ancient process of drying a portion of the grapes in the sun and fermenting the raisins to achieve this unique expression. Gran Passione Rosso is ideal with roasted and grilled meats, game dishes, and mature hard cheeses.
