Named after the classic Edelzwicker style of Alsace, this version uses organic farming methods to bring together Cayuga White (~55%), Gewürztraminer (~30%), and Riesling (~15%)—fruit harvested by hand from their Auten and Morehouse Road vineyard sites in New York's Finger Lakes region. Minimal intervention and extended skin contact produce a wine that’s crisp, clean, and full of personality.
