Dom Pérignon is the prestige cuvée of Moët & Chandon, made only from grapes of a single vintage and aged for years on the lees before release. The 2018 vintage is presented here in a limited edition created with artist Damien Hirst, making it as much a collector's piece as a great Champagne.
Dom Pérignon is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Expect a luminous, creamy mousse, with aromas of white flowers, citrus, ripe stone fruit and toasted brioche, a touch of smoke and mineral spice. The palate is rich yet precise, with a long, saline, beautifully integrated finish.
Serve well chilled in tulip glasses with oysters, caviar, lobster or aged cheeses, or give it as a showpiece gift.
