Cascahuin Destino Tequila Blanco - 750ml

Made from agave harvested at the Cerro del Cascahuin, this expression is a tribute to the art of tequila making. It blends six distinct blanco tequilas, each highlighting a unique approach to cooking, fermentation, and distillation—from tahona extraction to open-air wood fermentation—creating a multilayered profile that evolves with every sip.

The agave was slow-cooked using a combination of brick ovens and conical stone earthen ovens, which coax out deep, complex flavors that honor the past while looking to the future. The result is a bold, expressive tequila bottled at 49% ABV, unfiltered, undiluted, and crafted with absolute respect for the agave plant and the traditions that sustain it.
