BarSol Pisco Quebranta is a masterfully handcrafted Peruvian brandy made in small batches using traditional methods in Ica’s century-old Bodega San Isidro. Produced from 100% Quebranta grapes—Peru’s classic, non-aromatic varietal—this Pisco is distilled to bottle proof in copper pot stills, with no dilution or additives added. The result is a spirit of exceptional purity and vibrant character.

 In the glass, BarSol Quebranta reveals a bright, clear appearance and a tantalizing nose of pear, red apple, fresh-cut grass, pastry accents, fresh cream, cacao, and delicate citrus. On the palate, ripe pear and red grape mingle with roasted almond, walnut, pecan, dark chocolate, cereal nuance, dried apricot, and rich berry fruit, leading to a well-rounded, elegant, and lingering finish.
