Aged for nearly six years in new American white oak, produced in a single distilling season, and bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV) without dilution. What makes this expression extra rare is how it reached that proof naturally by blending barrels of different strengths from the same season. Expect rich aromas of baked apples, caramelized sugar, vanilla bean, and brown sugar, followed by palate layers of honey, citrus zest, toasted oak, and cornbread. The finish is long, smooth, warming—with spice notes like clove and black pepper, mild dryness, and lingering oak character.
