For all alcohol deliveries, recipient must be available at time of delivery and have a valid form of ID to confirm they are at least 21 years of age.
All gift messages are delivered digitally to the recipient via email or SMS.
For Local Deliveries:
We will confirm delivery date and time with the recipient in advance of the delivery. Upon delivery, if the recipient is not available or can not provide a valid form of ID, the order will be returned per our return policy.
For Shipping orders:
All shipping orders are shipped via a 3rd party (UPS, FedEx, and others). If the recipient is not available or can not provide a valid form of ID upon delivery, the 3rd party shipper will provide more information on how to reschedule the delivery or will provide a local pickup location to retrieve the package. Any shipments that can not be delivered to the recipient will be shipped back to us and returned per our return policy.
