The juice is then extracted using a roller mill, ensuring that only the finest components are captured.
Aging Process
The Reposado Rioja is aged to perfection in Spanish wine casks, utilizing a single barrel approach that imbues the spirit with subtle notes of oak, vanilla, and caramel. This unique aging process allows the tequila to develop a golden hue while maintaining the agave's vibrant character.
