This 100% Zinfandel comes from the Hillside Vineyard in Mendocino, California, where head-trained vines planted on loam soils produce fruit with balanced ripeness and vibrant character.
Style & Winemaking
A lively, natural take on a nouveau-style wine. Partial carbonic maceration—fermenting whole-cluster grapes in sealed tanks—creates juicy, glou-glou drinkability. Unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur, this wine captures pure vineyard expression.
Alcohol & Production Details
With an ABV around 12.3%, this light yet structured red is designed for easy sipping. The 2022 vintage produced approximately 1,248 cases, bottled in February and released in March 2023.
