To achieve this, we leaned on the aromatic power of our hop selection, choosing Mosaic, Loral, and Mandarina Bavaria for their distinct, complementary notes. Mosaic contributed a lush, punchy fruitiness with hints of berry and citrus, while Loral added delicate floral tones and a subtle green-apple tang that kept the palate lively. Mandarina Bavaria provided a distinctly citrusy, mandarin-orange brightness, lifting the overall aroma and imbuing the beer with a sunlit finish.
