Quintaliza is a reposado like you’ve never tried before. Each batch is uniquely aged to achieve the perfect pairing of creativity and quality, melding the smooth taste of organic agave with familiar, subtle notes reminiscent of a morning brew. It is the first of its kind: 100% organic and additive-free sipping tequila with distinct notes of coffee, presenting a refined balance of agave sweetness and roasted, aromatic nuances.

Location: Amatitán, Jalisco (Valle del Tequila). Agave: 100% organic, mature Blue Weber Agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico. Cooking: Stainless steel autoclave. Milling: Roller mills. Fermentation: Naturally fermented for 3 days. Distillation: Double distilled using traditional methods in old-fashioned alembics. Aging: Double-barrel aged in coffee barrels, creating unique tasting notes while remaining 100% additive-free. This careful process yields a tequila that is rich, balanced, and smooth, with the warmth of coffee harmonizing with agave’s natural character.
Notes: Quintaliza is crafted to be sippable neat or on ice, with lingering vanilla and cocoa undertones complemented by coffee-forward perfume. A distinctive, premium tequila that respects tradition while inviting a bold, contemporary sensory experience.
