El Viejito Tequila Plata 42% is a clear tequila with a warm and buttery mouthfeel. It has flavors of cooked agave, black pepper, coconut, and honey.
Produced by the family distillery El Viejito near Guadalajara, the agave takes 8 to 10 years to mature.
The initial bouquet has notes of acetone, esters, melon, green fruits, white pepper, and sweet herbal nuances.
El Viejito High Proof 50% Tequila is a natural, 100% Blue Agave Tequila. It has a bold symphony of notes, including acetone, esters, melon, green fruits, white pepper, and sweet herbal nuances.
The tequila has a high ABV, adding depth to the olfactory experience.
In blind tastings, it is described as having flavors of cooked agave, black pepper, coconut, honey, and vegetal. The tequila is made using mature Blue Agave from the highlands of Jalisco.
El Viejito Reposado Tequila is a natural, 100% Blue Agave Tequila. It is made using the finest mature Blue Agave from the highlands of Jalisco, cooked slowly in brick ovens.
The tequila has a perfect balance between youthful vibrancy and mature complexity. On the nose, it opens with inviting aromas of cooked agave, complemented by notes of vanilla, caramel, and a hint of oak.
The flavor is agave black pepper caramel and vanilla.
