Absolut Elyx is hand-distilled in a 1921 copper rectification still known as Column 51, crafted entirely from copper. The process is carried out by a selective group of operators who have inherited knowledge and expertise from generations of spirit and vodka makers. Our silky, full-flavored vodka results from using single estate wheat, careful manual operation, and the venerable copper-catalyzed refinement that defines Elyx.
