Tenjaku Gin merges a complex distillation bathed in more than 10 Western botanicals with a distinctly Japanese sensibility. The result is a refined spirit that blends a contemporary, globally inspired backbone with an unmistakable local character: the brightness of fresh, seasonal peaches from Japan’s Yamanashi region, the peppery lift of sansho, a zesty note that adds a bright, citrus-like punch not typically found in Eastern spice blends, the fragrant resin of yuzu whose aroma conjures the essence of Japan, and the crisp, lingering notes of green tea whose herbal, slightly astringent character completes the profile. Botanicals include: juniper, orange peel, yuzu, sansho pepper, angelica root, cassia bark, green tea, and peach juice.
