Cuvée Francoise is a mousse produced in Limoux, France. It is composed of 90% Mauzac and 10% Chardonnay and is made using the methode champenoise.

After spending 9 months on the lees, this bubbly is disgorged and offers a fresh bouquet of green apples, comice pear, and white flowers.

The Françoise Antech Gazeau is crafted by Françoise Antech, who strives to reveal the perfect balance between freshness (altitude) and complexity (ageing on lees). The assemblage of old vine parcels located both on the Mediterranean and the higher altitude slopes of Limoux produces expressive fruit.
