Dos Hombres Mezcal is crafted from agave Espadin grown in San Luis del Río, Oaxaca. The agave hearts are slow-roasted in underground pit ovens, then milled by a traditional horse-drawn tahona to release the full range of sugars and aromas. The mash ferments for 7–10 days using pristine mountain spring water, before being double distilled in copper stills to achieve a clean, smooth spirit. On the palate, it presents with hints of apples, mango, and other local fruits, complemented by warm wood notes and a subtle smokiness that lingers gracefully. The result is a refined, approachable mezcal with character—and its origin is tied to the TV lineage of its founders, Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston, celebrated for their roles in Breaking Bad.
