Cadre Stone Blossom Sauvignon Blanc is an extreme expression of Sauvignon Blanc, reminiscent of versions from cool areas around the world. It has aromas of signed rubber, caviar, and yellow grapefruit peel, and a very tense, stony palate of yuzu peel, lime juice, and pear skin flavors.

The wine also has delicate aromas of lime peel, orange zest, and grapefruit flesh, with a wet-stone minerality on the nose. The palate includes a cut-lawn flavor, tangerine touch, and zipping acidity.

Additionally, there are subtle hints of green apple, cucumber, and melon, along with floral aromas of exotic spice and coriander.
