A unique meticulously crafted and sophisticated product, that literally distills the nature of this highly regarded agave Tobalá plant. It is the work of a visionary and mezcal heir: Don Aaron Alva, agave grower. and agricultural worker, who has been cultivating and salvaging rare agave varieties in this region since he can remember and Iván Saldaña Oyarzábal, world renown agave expert. Presenting a sharp, herbal, buttery and sweet character, with notes of citrus and basil, roasted fig, macadamia and truffle.
