Can I get Alcohol Delivered to me?
We’re here to answer all your alcohol delivery questions! Delivery is available in these delivery areas. You must be 21+ and have a valid form of ID at time of delivery. That’s really all you need to get your favorite drinks delivered to you.
How long does an average delivery take?
LOCAL DELIVERY – While we aim to deliver every order within 30 minutes, some deliveries may take up to 60 minutes. As there are many variables involved (traffic, peak hours, incorrect delivery information, and global pandemics), we can’t always promise a 30 minute delivery but we promise our drivers will work very hard to get it to you ASAP.
SHIPPING – Shipping orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipments go out Monday – Friday. Saturday shipments are available for Next Day Air only. Here are the shipping schedules:
Ground – 5-7 business days
3 day select – 3 business days
2nd day air – 2 business days
Next day air – order will be delivered next business day if received by 1pm PST Monday-Saturday.
Please note that deliveries may be delayed during the holidays.
How can I track my order?
LOCAL DELIVERY – You will receive a tracking link as soon as your driver picks up you order from our local liquor store.
SHIPPING – You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped from our store.
Do you offer contactless alcohol delivery?
Yes, all of our deliveries are contactless. The driver will place your delivery at your door and ask you to hold up your ID so that he/she can verify your age.
What are your hours?
Local delivery hours:
Sunday-Thursday – 11am-10:30pm
Friday & Saturday – 11am-11pm
Liquor Store pickup hours:
Sunday-Thursday – 9:30am-11pm (place order by 10:45pm)
Friday & Saturday – 9:30am-12am (place order by 11:45pm)
How does it work?

Place your order on Sipsy and within 30 minutes one of our awesome drivers will show up at your door with your tequila, beer, champagne, tobacco and snacks or any of our other 1,400+ products we offer.
Where do we deliver?
LOCAL DELIVERY – Currently we provide alcohol delivery in Los Angeles (specifically the Valley): Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Burbank, and Toluca Lake. We are expanding quickly and we’ll be covering more of LA as soon as possible! Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on new areas we’re servicing. We promise that are working hard to get alcohol delivered to all of LA. Hollywood and West Hollywood alcohol delivery is coming soon!
SHIPPING – If you live outside of our local delivery area, you can choose to have products shipped to you. Shipping is available nation-wide
Can I request stuff that’s not on your website?
Yes, please do! We want to know what you’re craving. And of course, we are an alcohol delivery service so you can buy alcohol on our site, but we also want suggestions on snacks or mixers or anything else you usually get from your local store.

What if the wrong item is delivered/missing?
Please contact Sipsy at the info provided above and we will investigate the issue and correct the mistake the same day.
What if I am not home when my order is delivered?
LOCAL DELIVERY – A person 21+ must be available to physically accept the order and present their ID for age verification. If we are unable to reach you during delivery, your order will be considered undeliverable. We will contact you to schedule another delivery time. Please note that if we need to re-deliver an order, a delivery fee of $5.99 will be applied. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on order cancellation.
SHIPPING – A person 21+ must be available to physically accept the order and present their ID for age verification. If our shipping partner is unable are unable to reach you after the third attempt, the items will be shipped back to us and a refund will be issued for the full amount minus the original shipping cost, the cost to ship the item back to us, and a $7.99 restocking fee will be assessed.
Can I change my delivery address?
LOCAL DELIVERY – You may change your delivery address. If the order has already left the store with the driver, a $5.99 fee will be applied for a change of delivery location.
SHIPPING – You may change the shipping address. If the order has been shipped out, you will be charged an $18 fee for an address change. You may also be charged $18 if third party carrier makes an address correction at time of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order by contacting us by phone, email or live chat on our website as long as the order has not left our store. Please note that a $7.99 restocking fee will be assessed. We will refund you your total amount paid minus $7.99 in case of a cancellation. You can read more about our refund policy.
How long will a driver wait upon delivery?
Our drivers will wait up to five (5) minutes upon delivery the recipient to receive the order and provide proper identification. If the recipient is not available within 5 minutes, our driver will depart and another delivery will be scheduled. Each subsequent delivery is subject to a $5.99 delivery fee. If the customer wishes to cancel the order at this time, a $7.99 restocking fee will apply.
What is a small cart fee?
Any orders under $25 will be charged $4.99. This helps us keep the lights on. All orders over $25 will not be charged $4.99.
What is a Driver Fuel Assistance Fee
This small fee goes directly to our drivers to assist them during surging fuel prices.
